The guest house "Gungas" is a unique retreat in Latvia, located on the shores of Lake Dūņezers. Nestled within pine forests, it features six authentic and historic log houses brought from various regions of Latvia, along with administrative and sauna buildings Each house in the "Gungas" guesthouse complex is equipped with modern conveniences, while retaining its historical charm. Heating is provided centrally via an automatic pellet boiler.

"Gungas" is suitable for celebrations and relaxation year-round. The guesthouse offers 18 rooms with a total of 42 beds, including 10 double beds and 22 single beds.
The property also offers a traditional Latvian sauna, a large bonfire area, a beach, and a volleyball court. Additionally, there is an electric vehicle charging station with a household outlet, 3-phase, 230V, 10A.

Located in the Ādaži district, "Gungas" is approximately 30 km from the center of Riga and about 10 km from the sea. The ethnographic guest house "Gungas" holds a Green Certificate, which confirms adherence to environmentally friendly practices that respect the local landscape. The guest house has been a Green Certificate holder since 2015.
