"Elizabetes Rezidence" is one of the brightest pearls of the architectural heritage of Riga. The house was built in the late 19th century and its historical appearance was restored in 2017.
The building is located in the silent center, surrounded by pearls of the Art Nouveau architecture, included in the UNESCO World Heritage List, which in turn provides a modern environment of sophisticated comfort of life. Enjoy the tranquility and closeness of nature in the oldest parks of Riga - the Vermanes Garden. Opposite the building is the Berga Bazar Berga arcade, where popular gourmet restaurants, homely cafes and lovely boutiques are located. Also nearby is the Latvian National Opera House, theaters, restaurants, shopping malls, which allow enjoying the comfort of city life in the historical center.
The house comprises 21 apartment among the 1st and 5th floor, including 3 split-level apartments, with their dwelling space ranging from 65 to 145 sq.m. On the ground floor of the building, the space is reserved for commercial purposes. In the basement, there are storage rooms (3-9 sq.m.) for the needs of the residents, and maintenance rooms.

The architect of the building is Janis Friedrich Baumanis who designed projects of about 150 buildings, including the building of the Bank of Latvia, the building of the Riga District Court and the Riga Circus building. Baumanis created the internal and external appearance of the building No. 18 at Elizabetes Street according to the idea of the entrepreneur and philanthropist Kristaps Bergs in whose name Berga Bazaar was named.
