The new building complex consists of two three-story apartment houses. Each of them has 12 three-room apartments with finishing and sanitary ware in the bathrooms. Both buildings have quiet high-speed elevators, and all apartments have spacious terraces (12.4 m2) that can be accessed from both the living room and the bedroom.

An area for active recreation in the fresh air and a safe children's playground, as well as numbered surface parking lot for both residents and guests, have been established in the project territory. There are also 2 specialized parking spaces equipped with electric car charging stations.

A cozy and pleasant atmosphere with an aesthetic touch in the apartments is created by panoramic windows, English style herringbone parquet, natural, high-quality materials used in the finishing (e.g. marble tiles in the bathrooms) and sanitary ware from the world famous brand - VILLEROY & BOCH.

The buildings are built from metal structures, wooden frames industrially produced in Latvia, monolithic reinforced concrete slab foundations, and reinforced concrete stairs. Solar panel parks installed on the roofs of the buildings additionally increase the energy efficiency of the project, simultaneously, even more, decreasing the monthly maintenance costs of the apartments.

The apartments are equipped with air recuperation systems that provide fresh air in the apartments regardless of the season and increase the energy efficiency of the building to A+ level
