At the stage of early booking, at a favorable price, 1-3 room apartments are offered in the Raņķa dambis 31 project, designed by architect Vilhelms Hofmanis. The house was built in 1902, previously used as an office building.
The building was built at the beginning of the 20th century and is characterized by the artistic expressiveness of early modernism, manifested in the decorative design of the facade of the building. Planned works in apartments:
- gypsum partitions of the bathroom will be built,
